Making online sessions work for you

A few practical choices that make remote sessions feel as grounded as the room itself.

Pick a private place where you will not be overheard for the full hour, and use headphones if others are nearby. Privacy changes how honestly people can speak — including you.

Join five minutes early so technical problems do not eat into session time, and keep a glass of water nearby. Small preparations tell your mind that this hour is set apart.

If the connection drops, reconnect and continue — it is routine, not a failure. And if a session ends early for any reason, say so next time; it is part of the work too.
